Guidelines for Success Tutoring Enrolment

1. Tutoring sessions will be held twice a week as we have discussed and your child(ren) will be assigned homework to do two more days in addition to that each week. You will supervise your child and make sure that all assignments are completed. You will also make sure that your child attends the two weekly sessions.
2. Success Tutoring will plan materials based on the assessments and observations of your child’s needs.
3. Success Tutoring’s lessons will be assigned each week to solidify reading, math and comprehension strategies. Lessons should be completed by the end of each day, we will use the first few minutes of our tutoring session to review it.
4. If your child is going to miss a session, you must call, text or email the above information at least three hours prior. This includes doctor’s appointments and any other happenings that might cause your child to miss a session. Please understand we are serious about your child’s education and we have to hold each other accountable for the success of your child.
5. Tutoring sessions are $1333.33 each year per child. The Minnesota After School Advance (MAA) has Approved you and will cover 75% of that cost. You are responsible for paying the difference which is 25% or $333.33 per child unless it’s covered by a 3rd party scholarship.
6. Payment for tutoring is due by your start date and every 30 days after that for 4 months. Your payment can be paid in full or you can make monthly payments. We do not accept cash and all payments must be made with a debit or a credit card. Payments are not refundable.
7. Success Tutoring will provide you a monthly progress report for your child(ren).
8. I have read the above agreement. I fully understand and agree to these terms.
